Lenore Miller is an experienced senior change management consultant. She is an expert in developing strategies that include the development of leadership and change capability, hands on change management, facilitation, and coaching.
Lenore’s approach, in all things, is supported by a deep understanding of human behaviour. She also has extensive experience in the interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data and the formulation of effective strategies to facilitate organisational change from senior leadership through to front line team members.
Her skill and experience have enabled her to successfully support organisations develop leadership and change capabilities leading to ongoing success in achieving business outcomes through effective people and change management.
Lenore’s career has seen her work across numerous sectors as an employee, consultant, and business owner. Her clients have included Utilities, Local, State and Federal Government Departments, Banking and Insurance, Health, Research and Education, and Not-For-Profit sectors.
In addition to being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner & Prosci Certified Advance Practitioner Lenore is a former Prosci Master Instructor. She also has a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Sociology from the University of Newcastle amongst other skills specific qualifications.
